pureed black beans

Black Bean Spread

This easy recipe is so versatile and can be served to your baby just beginning solids in a variety of ways. If you're starting with purées, you can offer this spread directly on a spoon, and if starting with baby led weaning and finger-shaped foods, you can spread it on some toast, a rice rusk, or something similar for your baby to pick up on their own.
