Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie

A delicious blueberry smoothie your little one can't resist!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup Full-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Oats (quick or rolled)
  • 1 Pitted Date
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk (of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Optional: add up to 1/2 cup water, if needed.
