Raspberry & Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Frozen banana
  • ½ cup Frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Frozen zucchini
  • ¼ cup Soaked cashews
  • 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Optional: add up to 1/2 cup additional water, if needed.
To soak cashews, place them in a bowl of water for anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight. The longer you soak them the easier it will be to get a smooth consistency for your smoothie. This is important, especially for babies and young toddlers, to eliminate any risk of small pieces of cashews being a choking hazard.
