Berry Avocado Smoothie

A classic berry smoothie with a twist! Avocado, cauliflower and protein powder change up a typical smoothie to add more nutrition for your little one.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup Frozen cauliflower
  • ¼ Avocado
  • ½ scoop Protein powder (like Be Well by Kelly options)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Milk (of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Optional: add up to 1/2 cup water if needed.
Note: This smoothie is best for toddlers 12 months and up due to the addition of protein powder to the ingredients.
