Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp Ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana onto a plate or into a bowl and top with coconut yogurt, sunflower seed butter, ground flax, and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Notes

Add extra toppings like fresh fruit or unsweetened coconut flakes! 
You can substitute any type of nut or seed butter if you don't have sunflower seed butter.
