Berry Blast Popsicle

These berry delicious popsicles are the perfect treat for your baby! It's also a great way to use up any berries you have leftover in the fridge or freezer.

Servings 6 servings - baby-sized molds ⅓ to ½ cup each

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk*
  • 1 ½ cup mixture of any of the following berries you have on hand: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice (approximately ½ a lemon, juiced)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended berry popsicle mixture into a popsicle mold. Leave a ¾ inch gap between the liquid and the lid to allow for expansion.
  • Add the lid to each popsicle mold and then freeze it for 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.

Notes

Freeze for at least 2 hours to ensure they are frozen throughout. Depending on the popsicle mold you use, you may need to freeze them for longer.
*Feel free to use breastmilk, formula, a dairy-free alternative, or replace with full-fat yogurt.
