Creamy Fudgsicle

These delicious chocolate popsicles will be your family’s new obsession! Please note that due to the cocoa powder, we recommend waiting until 1+ years old to offer this recipe.

Servings 6 servings - baby-sized molds ⅓ to ½ cup each

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk*
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the chocolatey popsicle mixture into a popsicle mold. Leave a ¾ inch gap between the liquid and the lid to allow for expansion.
  • Add the lid to each popsicle mold and then freeze it for 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.

Notes

Freeze for at least 2 hours to ensure they are frozen throughout. Depending on the popsicle mold you use, you may need to freeze them for longer.
*Feel free to use breastmilk, formula, a dairy-free alternative, or replace with full-fat yogurt.
