Servings 6 servings - baby-sized molds ⅓ to ½ cup each

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk*
  • ¾ cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 avocado, pitted
  • Optional add-in Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended popsicle mixture into a popsicle mold. Leave a ¾ inch gap between the liquid and the lid to allow for expansion.
  • Add the lid to each popsicle mold and then freeze it for 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.

Notes

Freeze for at least 2 hours to ensure they are frozen throughout. Depending on the popsicle mold you use, you may need to freeze them for longer.
*Feel free to use breastmilk, formula, a dairy-free alternative, or replace with full-fat yogurt.
Tip: Your baby likely won’t taste much spinach with the addition of the sweet pineapple. However, adding the spinach will make the popsicle green, which is a great way to expose them to green colored foods early on. This can start getting your baby used to the color and flavor of green vegetables, which toddlers can sometimes be hesitant to try!
