Mango Coconut Popsicle

These delicious tropical-flavored popsicles make the perfect snack for your baby - and your whole family - to enjoy!

Servings 6 servings - baby-sized molds ⅓ to ½ cup each

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend the mango, milk, and hemp seeds together in a blender until you have a puree.
  • Pour the blended popsicle mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave a ¾ inch gap between the liquid and the lid to allow for expansion.
  • Add the lid to each popsicle mold and then freeze it for 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.

Notes

Freeze for at least 2 hours to ensure they are frozen throughout. Depending on the popsicle mold you use, you may need to freeze them longer.
