Meet the hosts!
Community Dietitian and Social Media Manager at
My Little Eater
You may recognize me from Instagram where I regularly share tips, tricks, and recommendations on feeding your babies and toddlers.
I also write blogs for MLE, test recipes, and provide personalized support to counselling clients through custom counselling packages and “ask me anything” sessions.
And when I’m not doing that, I love being out in our community meeting new parents, and helping them get started with solids through our in-person workshops!
I can’t wait to meet you and your little one at our next workshop!
Credentials
Registered Nurse, Little Latch Co. Lactation
I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience dedicated to caring for others, especially mothers and their newborns. As a proud mama of three, I have a deep understanding of the journey that new mothers go through, particularly during the crucial first year postpartum. This personal experience has ignited a passion within me to nurture and support other mothers as they navigate the joys and challenges of early motherhood.
From 2018 to 2020, I had the privilege of running my own private practice called the Mama Coach. Through this endeavor, I was able to offer personalized support to mothers in various areas including breastfeeding, sleep training, and navigating developmental milestones, from prenatal care to starting solids. I cherished every moment spent empowering mothers and providing them with the tools they needed to thrive during this transformative time in their lives.
Through my nursing practice and my role as a mama, I aim to bridge the gap between clinical care and maternal support. I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of community and understanding in the lives of mothers. I am committed to continuing my work in this field, nurturing the next generation of mothers and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to flourish.
We highly encourage everyone who will be taking care of your baby to attend, especially if they’ll be feeding them on their own.
Due to limited space at the venue, if you are bringing another adult with you, you will need to purchase another ticket. Babies are of course welcome as well (no ticket needed).
We cannot guarantee that all insurance companies will cover a workshop like this. However, we can provide a receipt to submit a receipt for insurance purposes if your insurance covers it.

Please do! We love getting to meet your cute little ones 🙂
We will have a foam mat for the floor if you’d like to set them down to play or maybe even nap. You can bring your car seat, hold them, or let them play on the floor 🙂
