Kaleigh Macdonald-Tremblay

Registered Nurse, Little Latch Co. Lactation

I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience dedicated to caring for others, especially mothers and their newborns. As a proud mama of three, I have a deep understanding of the journey that new mothers go through, particularly during the crucial first year postpartum. This personal experience has ignited a passion within me to nurture and support other mothers as they navigate the joys and challenges of early motherhood.

From 2018 to 2020, I had the privilege of running my own private practice called the Mama Coach. Through this endeavor, I was able to offer personalized support to mothers in various areas including breastfeeding, sleep training, and navigating developmental milestones, from prenatal care to starting solids. I cherished every moment spent empowering mothers and providing them with the tools they needed to thrive during this transformative time in their lives.

Through my nursing practice and my role as a mama, I aim to bridge the gap between clinical care and maternal support. I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of community and understanding in the lives of mothers. I am committed to continuing my work in this field, nurturing the next generation of mothers and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to flourish.
