HOW IT WORK

our style, philosophy, strategy

#1. Create a plan &
set initial goals

After your initial consultation and assessing all the factors, we’ll come up with a strategic plan for how to best achieve your overarching goals. We will prioritize different needs (nutritional needs, reducing stress at the table, mealtime behaviour, etc.) and set you up with some initial goals right off the bat to get you going for the week. You will get a written summary of your child’s assessment and plan as well.

#2. Educate & troubleshoot to keep you on track

Follow up sessions will be used to assess how you did with your assigned goals and answer any questions. We’ll troubleshoot any issues, and then provide further education to build on your knowledge and skills. We work in a step-by-step manner – laying the foundations for success first – and once that’s acheived – can then move into teaching all the little tips & tricks that will work only after the foundations are laid.

#3. Set new goals, progress
& see results!

As you gain progress and momentum, you will move onto new goals, expand in your knowledge and confidence in feeding, and you will be seeing lots of progress! With consistency in goal application and lots of hand-holding and accountability from us, you will see more and more results with each session.
