Edwena is a life-long learner, passionate about dissecting the research and turning it into real-life recommendations that make it easy for parents to understand and implement. She developed the Texture Timeline™, a gentle framework designed to help anxious and overwhelmed parents confidently ease into solids and gradually expand the variety of textures offered to babies during their sensitive window of taste and texture acceptance — and she’s proud to say it has now supported tens of thousands of families worldwide!
Chelsey Landry is a Registered Dietitian and the Social Media Manager at My Little Eater, with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition from Mount Saint Vincent University. She is highly specialized in infant feeding and particularly enjoys working with babies and parents during the often-challenging transition to starting solids.
Using both her clinical expertise and her natural creativity, she develops engaging content that educates, inspires, and reassures parents across all our social media platforms. She breaks down complex nutrition topics into simple, practical advice — especially around introducing solids, managing texture progression, and building positive feeding relationships from the very beginning. Whether she’s sharing quick meal ideas, debunking picky eating myths, or offering gentle guidance on starting solids, her goal is always the same: to help families create a lifelong, healthy relationship with food from day one. You can book one-on-one counselling with Chelsey here.
When she’s not creating content or supporting families, Chelsey loves tackling home renovation projects with her boyfriend — turning old spaces into something beautiful while staying grounded in the real, everyday side of life.
Jillian Smith (Brooks) is a Registered Dietitian at My Little Eater with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition from Mount Saint Vincent University. She combines strong clinical knowledge with a gentle, practical approach that meets parents exactly where they are.
Jillian has a deep passion for supporting families through all stages of early feeding. She is highly experienced in starting solids and responsive feeding with babies, and she especially enjoys working in the toddler years — helping parents navigate picky eating, food refusal, and mealtime battles with calm, evidence-based strategies. Her goal is to reduce stress and bring more joy back to the table for families who feel overwhelmed.
You’ll find her actively supporting families in the Little Eaters Community group, answering questions and offering patient, encouraging guidance. She believes feeding children is about so much more than just what ends up on the plate — it’s about fostering trust, confidence, and joyful moments together.
After completing university, Jillian moved back to her hometown of Fredericton, NB to be closer to her family. When she’s not supporting families through My Little Eater, she enjoys life as a proud dog-mom to her pup River and loves spending quality time as an auntie to her two nieces and nephew. You can book one-on-one counselling with Jillian here.
