Refund Policy

The following products and services sold by My Little Eater Inc. are non-refundable: the 60 Day Baby Led Feeding Meal Plan, the Ultimate Snack Guide, 115+ First Foods Checklist, One-on-one Counselling sessions/packages, and Ask Me Anything sessions.

With respect to the Baby Led Feeding and Feeding Toddlers online courses, a 48-hour grace period will be provided immediately following the purchase of either of these courses. During this time, you may request a refund provided that you have not accessed the course. Accessing the course includes even partial completion of any of the lessons. Refunds will not be granted if you have watched part of any video or downloaded a resource, even if you’ve only had the product for less than 48 hours. 

After the 48-hour grace period, both the Baby Led Feeding and Feeding Toddlers online courses are non-refundable, regardless of whether they have been accessed or not.

In the event that a refund is granted, we will immediately revoke your access to the course(s) and you agree to remove yourself from the Little Eaters Club Facebook Group immediately.

If you purchase a course bundle that includes one-on-one counselling, the meal plan, or the snack guide, and you qualify for a refund on the course, you will only receive a partial refund for the bundle. The amount that represents any of our non-refundable products will be deducted from any refund issued, and only the amount for the course will be refunded and access to it revoked. 

If you purchase our Baby Beginnings Bundle which includes the infant CPR course from Safe Beginnings, we cannot issue any refunds without approval from Safe Beginnings. If you do not qualify for a refund on the infant CPR course as per their refund policy, but you do qualify for a refund for our Baby Led Feeding course, we can only issue a partial refund for the amount of the bundle that represents our course.
