#83: Is A2 milk the best milk for your toddler?

A toddler drinking a glass of milk

On this episode of the My Little Eater Podcast, Stephanie Alexandre from Alexandre Dairy Farm will be joining me to chat about something you may be hearing more about lately, and that’s A2 milk! We talk about what A2 milk is, how it’s different from the traditional cows milk most supermarkets carry, if it’s a good milk for toddlers and babies, the health benefits of it and it’s potential link to lactose intolerance and dairy intolerances.

I’ll be honest, I’ve heard about A2 milk briefly, and read a few articles about it, but my knowledge around it was pretty limited. But now that I’ve learned so much, it’s actually something I’ll be paying much more attention to in the future and I’m excited to share with you everything I learned from chatting with Stephanie, and her views on what is being named “the digestible dairy”.

If you find this podcast has been a great resource, and helps answer your questions about feeding your baby or toddler, please leave a rating and review at Apple Podcasts!
